I am a workaholic working 18 hours a day. I slow gain weight over last 20 years. Was having trouble functioning like I should be able to. I saw that the long term success rates of almost every” diet plan” out there was terrible.  I just wanted a tool to keep me from over eating when I was over hungry. Did the research. I felt like this was a great tool to help, not do the work for me but help keep me in check. I did learn allot from the pre-surgery regimen that the insurance made me go through that I will be able to use the rest of my life.
