Upstate NY/NYC/Northern Jersey Plastic Surgeon

Hi,

I am looking for some recommendations for a Plastic Surgeon in the Upstate NY area (Westchester/Rockland/Orange/Dutchess County) if anyone has some experience with any in those areas. NYC and Northern Jersey/Western Connecticut are other areas which would be acceptable. First and foremost I am looking for someone who has alot of experience, and knows their stuff. Cost is also something to consider. Thanks in advance.
