For All You Cooks Out There

Came across this video-she is a cook and had the lapband surgery. Lokks really good and I never heard of these noodles before but I would imagine that they would be good in many other recipes and high in protein.

If any tries out this recipe please let me know how it is! I am not really a cook but this looks good!
