I HAVE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE WILL THEY PAY FOR IT!?

i am 21 years old and 5'3 and i weigh 280lbs my BMI is 49..high chlosterol,back,knees and feet problems. I also have heart issues. I have medical assistance in maryland while i go to school for medical assistant. Does anyone know if its really hard to get it.
