Perfection Medical Spa in Cancun, Mexico

Has anyone out there used the Perfection Medical Spa in Cancun, Mexico for any plastic surgeries? I am considering a tummy tuck and Arm lifts there. I would love input from anyone with knowledge of the place....positive or negative.
