all of a sudden very nevous

Hey guys! I just received my letter for the seminar on June 30th. After reading it, I got a very nervous feeling in my stomach.. nervous suddenly! Any tips, suggestions, examples of your own...? It just seems so official all of a sudden. I've been reading about Lap Band for so long, that now that it's beginning to look like a reality and not just "research" I am getting kinda nervous :(
