How did you pay or how do you plan to pay for your plastic surgery?

I think I'm going to pay for part of mine in cash and use CareCredit for the rest. I do hate to pay interest but I've lived with all this weight and extra skin for so long. I'm ready to complete the new me and I don't mind paying a monthly payment to do that.
