WAITING FOR INSURANCE APPROVAL

I'M WAITING ON INSURANCE APPROVAL. Everything seems to be happening quickly. It was just under a month since Ive gone to seminar. My bmi is over 50 w/hypertension and ive had weight counseling for the past year, but to no avail. ive meet with surgeon, pyschologists, and had upper gi. I'm nervous and excited at the same time. My surgeon does not require liquid diet prior to surgery, instead wants me to do atkins diet(no carbs) 1 week before surgery. He only suggest 1 week liquid diet post surgery too. Anybody out there tried this before? help?
