my band slipped

been away from the sight. had my surgery 4/7/10. weighed 304 lbs the night before surgery. as of 4/19/11 i weighed 209 lbs. im 6"1' went from a size 42 jean to a 33, size 52 suit to a 44/42. wile on vacation last friday i stopped being able to take solid food while having a bit of a stomach flu with vomiting. since then haven't been able to sip thin liquids. i cant keep down one full poached egg, or more than 4 ounces of liquid. it all comes right back up. it feels like the liquid and or the food is sitting in my esophagus , like i could reach my finger down the back of my mouth and touch what i just ate.

my dr is was out of the office but i saw his PA yesterday who tried to take a few CC's out of my band but she couldn't access the port after 4 attempts with the syringe. my dr will be back in town tomorrow and will see him first thing in the morning. i hope that he is able to adjust the band without surgery with my luck i cant get surgery till next week. the only good part of this is that im going to probably hit my goal weight of 204 in the next few days....

Congrats on your great success! Bummer about the slipped band. How could he fix it without surgery though? Forgive me as I am new and pretty ignorant of all this...
