Oxford Health Plan

Hi this is actually a repost I think I may have put the wrong name for my insurance. I am recently on Oxford Health Plan and I wanted to know if they will pay for the lapband surgery and what requirements they have. i had GHI CBP New York City workers and they want you do a lot before they will even consider you. I know I am probably paranoid but from what I have read Oxford has minimal requirements for approval. It looks too easy and you know what they say if it looks to go to be true it probably is. If anyone has this coverage and can shed some light on the subject I would greatly appreciate it.
