I had my banding 9 days ago and so far so good. Couple questions I do have are:

Do any of you experience that it is hard to lay on your side?? I have been sleeping on my back since the surgery.

I am also going back to work tomorrow, how long do they say not to carry anything over 10 pounds and be careful bending down.
