Getting approved with Aetna HMO Patriot x Flex

Hello every one ..

Does any one have this type of Aetna HMO?

if so ,was it easy getting approved for the LapBand?

What are some of the reasons they give why they will not approve you for surgery?

I know you need a letter from your PCP, But can I also write giving my reasons also why I need the Lap Band?

All the info that you can give , would be great. I'm stressing so bad over this and I have not

even submitted my forms yet. lol
