Dr. Alex Esquivel - anyone had problems with soft foods

well here i am entering wk 4 of post op it consist of soft foods i'm kinda disappointed i got on the scale and instead of losing

more weight i actually gained 10 pds, i'm just feeling so hungry all day, if anyone is or went thru this problem please respond

and give me some hope i know its just the begining i need help
