Lap Banding with Interstital Cystitis (IC)

Anyone out there getting bannded and have IC. Im having a major flare up. I am on my day 8 of 14 and had 2 crystal light protien drinks yesterday. Today I am paying for it. So much pain. I need to find a good protien water without aspertame. Any ideas out there?
