Flabby skin- what do you do? Anyone had an arm lift?

Omg- my skin is really flabbing- I try to work out cardio and weight lifting but I am traveling a lot and unable to consistently keep a routine and now my arms are really getting flabby. Any suggestions?

Has anyone had an arm lift- how painfula was that and what did it consist of?? Help!!!!
