Anyone being banded at Slimband in Toronto soon?

Just wondering what your experience with their people has been to this point. Mine has been mostly positive but somewhat mixed. I cannot get them to send me a copy of a receipt for $8000 I've already paid. Getting frustrated with that. It's a big chunk of money, I don't understand their resistance. Also when are you being banded by Slimband and what made you choose them?
