Looking for a good place to get my Lapband

I`m 19 years old and i`m paying out of pocket. I`m looking for a legit place I can get it thats also a price I can pay. I dont know where to go that its less then 15,000.

If anyone knows anything or has any tips for someone my age getting a lapband please help. =]
