I am considering Dr. Jose Rodriguez in Tijuana...input anyone???

Hi I am considering Dr. Jose Rodriguez in Tijuana. In fact, I have already scheduled and paid a deposit. I have talked to people on his referral list. Is there anyone out there who has used this doctor and what was your experience? He has done over 4000 Lap Bands and so far my research on him is good, but if anyone has any input out there for me, I would really appreciate it.
