Need Lap Band Buddy / Mentor no weight loss!

I was banded April 16, 2010 and have not had any weight loss at all. In fact, I believe I weight 2 pounds more than I did before surgery! I feel like I am not banded at all except that once in a while something feels "stuck" and I throw-up. I also have a lot of phlem in my throat and many times throw that up. Help please?!
