Core Benefits insurance indiana

Does anyone have this insurance? Did they approve you for lap band? Do they even cover lap band?

I was just recently employed and will be getting Core Benefits Ins soon. I am curious if anyone else out there has this Insurance that was a approved for this surgery. I wont have insurance until November 1st, I am dieing to know if they cover it! :thumbup:
