Air pocket on left side of chest?

Hi - newly banded on Monday - had abdominal surgery before so knew what to expect with the gas pains - they have subsided substantially now - a few remain - but I notice when I yawn, I feel pain around my heart - the left side of my chest. Is this just gas pressure too? It's weird.
