I am in for 15lbs. I would shoot for 20lbs, but I do have a vacation before Labor Day which is going to push my getting a fill a week later in August. Like the 4th of July challenge, these weeks will be with very little restriction, so I better stick with 15lbs.

I'll sign up for the mini-challenge since the Xmas goal is a long way off. 12 pounds will drop me to Onederland. I weigh 210.5 right now, down from 240.:thumbup:

Count me in too! My first Challenge :thumbup: I will be shooting for 22. I am currently 262 So 240 would be the End weight!

Can't get into speadsheet either :thumbup: .....I think imma shoot for 15lbs....didnt quite make the 25lbs for the 4th so 15 it is...if i loose more then great :thumbup: .....GOOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

Ok...y'all twisted my arm. :thumbup: I am in for Labor Day since I skipped the 4th. I am in for 16.6 pounds. A little ambitious, and I despise failure, but that will put me at 175 and I will officially be "OVERWEIGHT" :thumbup:

Put me in for 15 pounds. This will be my first challenge. My weight loss has been slow so far but this may be just what I need to rev it up a little! Good Luck everyone.

Okay, I'm in for 10! Wahoo! :thumbup: That will put me at 151, and will put me at a mid-"overweight" BMI.

      Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

        As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

        Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

        Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

      Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
