The spreadsheet is locked. I can't get into it.

It doesn't seem to like to load on the first click. I just reloaded the page and it came up fine.

Just added myself and my goal, btw!

40# by Christmas, but I think I might already have some headway as I haven't weighed since being banded 2 weeks ago. :)

I'm definitely in. I can't see the spreadsheet at work because apparently my work blocks it, so I will add myself later.

I like longer challenges. I plan to lose 10 Lbs per month until I reach my goal. So by Christmas I should have lost 57 Lbs. I know I can do it, I lose really good when I put my heart and mind into it.

Good luck to all.

Yay, nays from anyone?

Sounds good to me! Also, I dont mean to pick but, how come it doesn't add, subtract and give us a total at the end? If I knew how I to fix it I would. Sorry. Don't mean to be a pain. I do appreciate you making the spreadsheet, lauragshsu :)

Hi Amy - I put formulas in the total lost column and current weight column so that it will add the the total weight lost and calculate the current weight. You can copy those formulas for your row if you want. I just didn't want to assume everyone would want it.

I'm terrible w/ Excel... Would you be able to do it for me?

I'd really appreciate it! :)

EDIT: Nevermind! I figured it out! Thanks anyway! :car:

And again...one more "pick" hehe sorry! But...if the challenge started on July 1st (am I wrong about that?) how come the first box starts w/ July 1st. Shouldn't it start with the following week because we can't have a loss on the same day we started the challenge, know what I mean? Am I getting it wrong. Sorry to be such an annoyance.

if you started on July 1, you won't have a loss, but it won't hurt to have the same number recorded twice. (Some of us started a week ago.)

Let's give Laura a break. It's a personal challenge--so we can accept some responsibility for the mechanics for ourselves.

I believe most of us started last sunday or Monday. I weigh in every Friday, so I'm just using that as the weight I record.

Could you do this for me. Not sure how this is done, not too good with this stuff. I already entered for today.

Thanks Joyce

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
