anyone have HEALTHNET???

anyone have HEALTHNET Insurance??? i am looking into getting Banded and i want to know if its better to use a PPO/POS or a HMO...:) im totally Brand New to this and i will be reading and learning alot BEFORE i plan this... ANY ADVICE??? ANYONE???
