Cosmetic Surgery anyone? (Breast Lift)

One of my concerns after being banded and losing the weight is will I need cosmetic surgery? I am mainly concerned with my breasts, which are abnormally large when I am small or large. I am currently 238 lbs, and wear a size 42 DD. I am hoping to get down to a large C once I lose the weight, but I am anticitpating needing a breast lift, does anyone know if BCBS Federal will cover this? Also, has anyone had to get a breast lift after their goal weight has been met?
