I am down 2.4 lbs this week making it a total loss of 8lbs so far. I am happy with my loss this week but need to lose two more lbs by next week to make it to the goal of July 4th challenge. Also, today I achieve my 2nd mini goal of 250lbs or less weighing at 249lbs. My next goal is to reach 225 lbs.

Bumping the spreadsheet. https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?...2c&hl=en#gid=0

Down 1 more pound this week. Honestly, 20 lbs was NOT realistic for me to shoot for LOL.

Hope everyone else is doing well!

I am afraid that I am not going to make this one: But I only need 4 more pounds: I have a fill on Wednesday, maybe that will help push me over the edge. I shouldnt complain about 1 lb a week though: That would be 52 pounds a year: more than I have lost in years!

Here is the rub, I started only counting whole pounds in the beginning and now that it takes 10 days to lose a pound I want to do tenths as well! But I am going to stick with my whole pound counting and just add next weeks .5 to this weeks .5 and go with that, so I am entering 0 this week. :scared2: "WAAAAA! (OK whining and excuses are over)

I thought I was doing badly this week but instead lost 3 lbs. Only a few more days until the 4th but I think I'll try to shoot for another 2 pounds to make it an even 20. My family almost can't believe it. I feel so much better now than before my operation! These kinds of mini-goals really work well for me. I feel like I am accountable somehow. Are we going to try for a Labor Day Challenge? I cannot do spread sheets at all...they are a complete mystery to me so I have to rely on someone else to set one up. I know several others want a Christmas Challenge but I fear that is too far away to keep me focussed...although I'll do that as well.

Yes, I am in on Labor Day challenge, I will see if Shammah will do another spreadsheet for us! If everyone wants to we can start on July 5th for starting weight (using our final weigh in from here) and weigh in every Monday again for 9 weeks, ending on Sept 6th, Labor day? What do y'all think?

I'm with you Tinks my attention span isn't long enough to think about Christmas yet!

Ask and you shall receive:tongue2: I will do one and post-it after this challenge is over. Christmas is way top long for me. Besides I have a cruise in October--need that labor day challenge to get to my cruise goal!!

Down 2lbs! Hope my fill tomorrow will help the rest of the pounds--if not, I am good!!!

Got my first fill today. Wasn't bad at all. Found out I'd lost 5 pounds this week! My scale was broken and I had no idea what I would weigh. Only 2 pounds to my July 4th goal.

Hubris...when you think you're doing so well that you add extra pounds to lose in a week, you just know your ratfink son is going to bring home choc chip cookie dough and leave it front and center in your fridge. I shoulda drowned him as a pup...

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
