fill doctor san francisco

Okay, I have TWO important questions here.

1) I had surgery on Monday, and I am moving to San Francisco on June 15th (I'm in southern california now). Does anyone know of someone who takes new patients??

2) Since I am moving up basically right AT the 6 week mark, what should I do? Should I have my current doctor give me my first fill, or should I wait until I get up there so I can have all my fills with the same doctor? What should I do???
