Here's what I can't figure out: Every fill I get, I'll be restricted, perfectly, for about 2 days. And then I'm right back to where I was with the previous fill. I can always eat 1.25 to 1.5 cups of food at a time. I know I'm not losing any Fluid. Could I have stretched my pouch? My nurse says I'd know it if I did, but I'm not certain of that.

Anyhow, here are today's meals:

B: 1C Apex Protein Shake

L: 1/2 roast beef sandwich on ciabatta

S: mixed fruit, 1/4 pc. cheesecake, 1/4c sliced strawberries

D: rest of ciabatta sandwich

S: WW Peanut Butter Pie

Total Food: 1,342 calories, 60g Protein

Exercise: Rode bike 10 very hilly miles, treadmill 30 minutes, ellliptical 20 mintues

Yes T, I've got to have my PP every once in a while, not often but if I want chocolate thats my way of getting it without to many calories. I just love those things.

B=Hot Tea & 1/2 piece of scrapple (baked)

L=Chicken ceaser on a whole wheat wrap

w/low fat honey mustard dressing

D=Protein shake

Working out with the PT this evening and I am not looking forward to it. I'm still hurting from Wednesday's session. Oh well, no pain no gain, at least that's what they say.

Something similar happens to me also after fills. I think it is due to swelling after the fill. Once the swelling goes away that wonderful restriction is gone. However, with me I can still really tell a differance with my restriction, but the first few days are better.

You would know if you streched your pouch because you would have killer reflux.

      Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

      I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
      I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
