Dr. Van Wagner - St. Louis Pre-Op Diet?

Hi! Can anyone give me some insight into the pre-op diet that Dr. Wagner requires for the week before surgery? I would like to start stocking up for the beginning of my liquid diet on the 10th! Thank you so much!!!
