Skin has 'sunk' in since surgery two weeks ago!

I had a lap surgery a few weeks ago to remove scar tissue. By my belly incision, my skin has 'sunk' in! It looks so weird ! Has anyone else had this happen? Not sure why it did that! Just curious, thanks !
