Nov 2009 bandsters how are you doing?

Got an unfill on Friday and a fill on Tuesday. I'm back in the game feel pretty good restriction hope it last. I got me a new treadmill yesterday and I'm loving it. Hopefully I can lose some weight. I want out of the 250s, it seems like this weight lose is such a slow process. I have 3.7cc in my band cause 4cc was to much. Some days I feel like I'm doing great but other days I just get so depressed. I'm not losing one to two pounds a weeks like some people. HOw have some of you nov bandsters been doing? If you don't mind sharing how much weight have you lost just since surgery? Have you lost a pants size yet? I havent lost one yet. What is a day like for you meals maybe calorie intake, exersice. thanks guys. Its one of those days I need reasurance!!!
