I have had all my preop testing completed for a couple of months and go for my last appt for nutrition/weigh in next week. In calling the insurance co, I was told that at this time the surgery is denied-which I knew since at the time it was sent in for preauthorization, I had to complete the 6 mths of diet and exercise. The claims person told me it would take 4 weeks minimum to hear back if it is approved or not...anyone else feel frustrated with this?
