Is it possible t be too tight 3 months after a fill?

I woke up in the middle of the night coughing and after I took a sip of water, all hell broke loose. I have been dry heaving with the occasional vomiting for 12 hours now. I'm hoping it's because of some meat I ate last night that may have been bad and not the band. I am feeling the nausea which is not what normally happens to me when I've been stuck etc... My last fill was 11/2/09 and am at 10.75 cc's, I have good restriction but have still been able to eat reasonable amounts of food with plenty of liquid all this time. Until today! Could it be food poisoning?
