I found that throughout my pre-op time, I was prepared at every turn for what was ahead. The office staff is just wonderful and very helpful, as well as being understanding and kind beyond compare.
The rules are frequently communicated, the information regarding surgery was plentiful and freely provided, and it was absolutely made clear what Lap-Band was and what Lap-Band was not. Support groups are available and attendance is required pre-op and encouraged post-op.
I could not be happier with the people behind my surgery!
