i kno exacly how u feel, i told my mum shes coming with me and a few friends but now i wish that i hadnt told anyone you are best keeping it to yourself that way no one can annoy you, and judge you i am due 2 go 2 a wedding 4 weeks after my surgery, which i kno people will talk, its hard but its your decision, good luck x -

hi i am being banded on the 8th of august in dolan park, i have my preop test tomorrow morning they havnt put me on a diet either can i ask what happens at a preop test

I buy my vitamins at Costco - you get about 2 years worth! It's the women's daily multi. I was also told by my surgeons nutritionist to take Complex B, as my B vitamins were low at one time. I take iron by my PCP, and I take fish oil on my own. Need those Omegas!!

do u mind me asking which vitamins ur taking im actually taking a vitamin for skin hair and nails so maybe i should just keep on taking them, x

I personally never experienced hair loss of any kind. Some do and it's never been told wether its actually from WLS.
However I have always been big on vitamins before and now after surgery.

hi thanks soo much its great to meet someone who knows what im goin trough just wanted 2 ask u about hair loss iv only discovered 2day thats a factor my surgeon never mentioned it,
