I was a 3 hour trip away, and I was very happy I did decide to stay the night.......yum all those good meds:lol: Well I still think I did touch on a nerve.....look I'm almost 50, and I hurt like hell, but what did I expect? 7. Well I too hit a plateau for two weeks at just about the same time as you.....I decided to low carb it,when I eat meat it just seems to satisfy me for many more hours than if I did not. I did feel a little restriction after my first fill of 2 cc's in a 10cc band. I have two weeks till my next fill ( I can't wait) and I expect to eat much less and have it last even longer. Be patient, you will wake up here in the next few days and bam you will be down a couple of pounds. ~Kelly~

  11. Now that I have my first fill, and I'm on solids, since I'm low carbing I get to eat (for breakfast) small hamburger patty, slice of cheddar, and a fried egg...yum, yum keeps me full till dinner. 59 grams of protein and 2 carbs:cool:! ~Kelly~
  12. Before I got my first fill, all I did was watch shows about food! I guess because food was on my mind every waking hour! My mom would say why are you watching all those food shows....I just said "wishfull watching" ~Kelly~
  13. Kat, very sound advice you gave, shows some introspection on your part. ~Kelly~
  14. This morning I had a small hamburger patty, fried egg and melted cheddar with lots of mustard. It was the bomb, 59 grams of protein and only 2 carbs! I won't worry about anything till dinner (chx @ 59 grams of prot.) and no carbs! A good day it will be:rolleyes: ~Kelly~
  15. Before I got my fill, when I was on mushies, I could easily eat that in the time frame you did. I was hungry every two hours, till I got my fill. Happy with my fill, Kelly:thumbup:

I mean I hope it will be less! I mean it better be less! The first time I had it, I felt like I had died and gone to heaven. I am truley carnivorous:wub: Kelly
  19. I don't drink soda pop! I really have never cared for the fizzy stuff. But I just wanted to hear everyones opinion on it. And maybe some hot summer day, having an ice cold beer...that's about it.
