Retaining fluid

I am 3 weeks post op and my weight has not changed for 5 days. I am consuming between 700 - 900 calories daily and have been walking most days. Yesterday i had pain so only had fluids, about 2 litres in total but only had to pee a couple of times. I usually have to get up during the night and didnt even need to do that. I drink my quota of fluid most days but have notice a slow down in output for the last few days really. Normally i would eat some celery as it is a natural diuretic but i cant eat that. Maybe i will try a cup tea today. I dont like tea much though. Any other suggestions.
