  1. i use small weights and do curls front and back. then i get a chair and do pushups but not facing the chair. i think it has helped. swimming can be another good choice. goodluck:thumbup:

  10. my policy is give away my old clothes, get new clothes and maintain my weight.....don´t want to see my old size, i love seeing my new size and my new wardrobe. so be positive and don´t look back. :smile:

  12. wow how do you manage to get in 150 minutes, at what time do you do exercise? i only have time to get in a 1 hour class everyday. and i go to the gym from 5-6am

  23. it is perfectly normal to be nervous, i think everyone who has gone through the surgery has been nervous....just keep in mind that everything will be fine and your surgery will be a success. Godbless and goodluck:thumbup:
