  3. I drink lots of water but not so much exercise. lol i use to walk everyday but just got out of the routine of doing it over the summer. Need to get back at it i know. ummm protein i get about 30-40 grams a day. need more i know. going to get back to walking everyday maybe that will help.

  4. Come on lets turn those frawns upside down. lol If it makes you feel any better I can Jump rope either. Ive tried and its just not for me. I did the same thing in the begining it came off very SLOW. But let me tell ya When it finally started coming off it just kept falling and falling. SO hang in there. u can do this! good luck to you all.:D

  5. I did the same thing. every morning i couldnt wait to get on the scale. Somedays i was sooo discouraged because i would either Gain or not lose at all. I now only weigh myself only once a week. I find it best and see better results. Walking was a good way to keep my mind off of the fact that i was starving. Just drink lots of water! good luck to you :P

  6. Hi, want to wish you all the luck in the world. I just know you will do just fine. Banded Dec.31, 2009. Let me tell you it has changed my life. (for the better) I would do it over again if i had to. Keep us posted on how you are doing. Take care of yourself . peace~:P

  7. That is awesome! You are doing great! It does help to have that extra back up from your love. My hunny helped me out at first. He even went and had the lap band done too. Sad to say that after a few months of having the band he went right back to old habits. Shame on him. He is even talking about having it taken out. NOT ME! i love it and how it has helped me. Have had a few bumps along the way but im back on track now and loven it. Good luck to you!

  8. Day 4

You guys can do it! I will say that i did get a little weak by the 5th day. I will also say that i did eat 2 crakers with a little peanut butter on them. Not much but it helped out alot. Good luck!!!

  9. Sounds to me that you may be too tight. i know you dont want to hear that but you dont want to get dehydrated. Did they tell you to stay away from carbonation? Gingerale is carbonated. It gives me really bad trapped gas. Hurts really bad! Try something warm like broth or coffee hot coco.... see if that will work. sometimes if i try and eat or drink someting without flushing first it hard for food to pass through. but keep in mind everyone is different. Hope it helps. keep intouch. let me know how it goes
