WoW my story hmmm where to start...... I joke that i have been over weight my entire life except when i was born bc i was a premie lol..... Even then I was still bigger then my twin sister and that is how things have continued the 30 years we have been around.  I started looking at having the lap band many years ago but it was not in Gods plan at those times.  I am excited to say that I once again started the lapband process at the begining of this year. March 29th i had my consult with Dr Ponce  and promptly started my six month supervised diet.  I started at 385 and as of 9/15 i was down to 366 on 9/20 I went to my psych eval and nutrition class.  submitted the rest of my paper work to the dr office on 9/21 on 9/22 they submitted everything to insurance.  On 9/28 I found out I was approved and got the call later in the afternoon that i was getting scheduled and I chose to take their 10/27 date.  I am so excited to get my new life started and by the grace of God everything will go smoothly....
