Hello bandsters how are you guy's. I hope you all had a great xmas and you have a great New year. So I was banded on Dec 8th and since i got out of the hospital i have been so cold. Does anyone get super cold. I was the kind of person who was ALWASYS so hot but now Im always cold. Let me now if this is happing to anybody else...... Thanks

Thanks im going to try it tomorrow i went out and got some atkins protine shakes... Crosss your fingers that it works for me i really want this to work.

Hey girl my doctor told me to drink the atkins shake it has 15g protein! Im also looking for something that has a little more cause I really need it. let me know what works for you so maybe I could try it.

I was also like you I’m also on med Lexapro and I kept telling myself not to do this I can’t live without food my things was sweets. Guess what I can live without them if I want to keep living? You will do go there will always be that fear inside us no matter what we will always ask our self why we did it! but at the end of the road the light is shinning and we will look and FEEL great. My doctor told me not to stop taking my meds until I felt good, he said we still need them so try and talk to your doctor she what she tells you. Best wishes and you are making the right decision.

Hey girl its going to be ok I just had my surgery on Dec 8th and I was also very nervous but it's over so fast you just forget about it. The pain is not bad at all and like people say its day by day. I feel a little better every day. At first I kept telling myself what have i done but I think I have made the right choose. Plus this site is great everyone here is a great support. So when did the gas hit you right after surgey or a few days after?

I have a question I have been reading that people are posting that they had there carnation to eat what is that is that milk? Sorry this is a silly question but i see that alot.

So this is my 3rd day and i don't think i have had any gas pain like what i have read the only thing is that my back hurts a little not that much. I feel really weak and I really don't get hungry but i know this shell all pass. Could you guys answer my question with the gas and how it feells thanks.

i Had my surgery on tuesday to and I feel the same way you do when are we going to feel back to normal. I keep asking myself did I do the right thing. HOw are you feeling are you able to eat cause I really can't eat. I walk around alot but most of the day im so sleepy keep me posted please.
