  4. Bad days are still blessed days if you are still alive. There have been times when I have felt down and alone, and a post from someone here gave me the strength I needed to move forward. I thank God for them and you, and yes for this lapband forum. Not only do we have bands, but we have other real life issues, and some of us unfortunately have no one else to talk to. So in saying that,God uses who and what he chooses to bless others. I hope all of you have a magnificiently blessed day!!!!!!

  10. You will do great. I will keep you in prayer.
  11. I was trying to figure out why your so nasty, but I see your on the liquid phase so that explains it.....lmbo To the young lady who started this post, keep writing, keep praising, because our God is an awesome God. Some people are just miserable, and want yout to be there with them.
  12. Hi, my name is Kim and I am still here, and still believing God in this journey. I am so happy for your weightloss, and know that you feel wonderful. I have lost 60 pounds, and still struggling to lose 30 more, but I know I can do all things through Christ who strenghthens me. I was banded in January of 2010.
  13. I'm in south Jersey, and only have two of mine....lol
  14. We are in the same boat. I should be a size 4 by now since there is soooo much I can't eat. I guess I find a lot of good substitutes.......lol
  15. Any kind of meat except fish or chicken really juicy and cut really small. No fruit or cereal.
  16. What I miss the most is the ability to drink an ice cold pepsi. Man, I didn't realize the enjoyment I get from that. I also miss the ability to eat a cheeseburger and fries, or pizza. I would not choose to give back the 70 pounds I have lost for anything, but I do miss the ability to eat as before. I just ate to much of it...lol
  17. Absolutely!!!! Like you though, I don't do it everyday, and I get right back on the bandwagon afterwards.
  18. My doctor stated that caffeine makes you hungry. I still drink it though; not in soda but in coffee. I have about two 20 oz cups of coffee a day. I no longer drink soda. I have lost 70 pounds since January of 2010, so I don't know if that is good or bad. r
  19. You are hillarious.
  20. I switch my exercise up a bit. I do the bike for 60 minutes everyday. I then do the elliptical or treadmill for 30 minutes. I don't do a lot of strength training, but I did buy a kettle bell and a dvd, and I do that twice a week for 30 minutes. I haven't lost weight fast but I am losing. I have lost 70 pounds since my surgery in January of 2011.
