Sorry but Faith alone isnt going to get the weight off. I am not bashing anyone's religious beliefs so please dont get upset. I have mine too. However... where ever you draw your personal strength from is fine...if its a higher power that fine too... but you need willpower, dedication and old fashioned sticktoitness to change your life. If religion plays a part in it thats wonderful. If it doesnt thats ok too. Just know that whatever you choose... you still are the one in control of being successful or not.

I very much have faith in God, but I also believe in the old adage "God helps he whom helps himself". I have faith God will see me through this journey but the work to be done is mine alone.

I have faith that God will give me the mindset to have the will power to do what I need to do. Faith is the beginning of helping yourself.
