hahaha Heathergurl! Wooooooot!!!! Thank you. Trust me all, this wasn't an attention seeking act or a "How will they respond" act. I did this b/c I really had to. When you start seeing hair falling in your food and when 50 - 100 hairs fall out after a shampoo, not to include 100 hairs falling out during the day.. it can be highly irritating and very depressing. I am glad I did this. Thank you for your kind words. It's helping me.

Way to go P'Nut, you can lose it. 2lbs is nothing. It can be dropped in 1 day with proper hydration and exercise. I'm routing for you mamacita! Thank you P'Nut and Paul. It really feels good.

Funny that this thread was rehashed. I am continually losing my hair. My Dermatologist sent me for lab work and he used some special glasses to look at my scalp for skin changes, etc. Bloodwork came back and I was diagnosed with Telogen Effluvium. The slightest manipulation of my hair such as running my fingers through it or just a light tug will result in a hand full of hair. I am not bald, however I am shedding hair at an enormous rate. IT IS COMING OUT! He stated that Biotin is really good for you, it has Vitamin B which promotes healthy hair, skin and nails and it was a good thing I was using it. He stated that my condition will self correct, like Legally's did. I do see small red hairs coming into my scalp. However I have been recently overstrucken with this annoying condition. To see my hair come out after a shower and shampoo the way it does..and to have to use draino to unclog my sink is just annoying. Today I have decided that I will help out my hair and give it a push in the right direction. If it want's to come out, then come out. *Think G.I. Jane* Hair is regrowing but that's not stopping the old hair from shedding and it's just getting to be too much for me.

Dr. Eins is one FIOOONNNNEEEE man! Lawwd have mercy!!! I don't normally check out celebrities but he is a gorgeous man. Love Bone Crusher's gung ho attitude. Love the fact that real models and sex symbols that have gained weight are on that show. It shows that they are real, not robotic skinny people with $100 dollars per hour Personal Trainers. They are real women with babies that gained weight. That show has a little bit of everything, i.e., actors, actresses, rapper, R&B and Pop singers. Sad thing is I had to watch the Flava Flav show right before it. What a pig of a show!

Heathergurl, where have you been woman? Your daughter is beautiful and she looks like her hot polka dot wearing mamacita! You look straight out of the 1950's in that dress. You know, the way models/women had real nice curves back in the day? You've got that look in that photot. It's a great picture. What a great idea, to buy a dress. Damn, I can't remember the last time I actually wore one.

Thank you Mo, P'Nut, The_best_me, TriciaK... Paul, it's a wonderful feeling to have the energy an flexibility to play with our kids, to say the least. My daughter can now wrap her little arms around my back when she hugs me. I'm able to play with them for hours and not tire or become annoyed. I'm soo much more happier. Thank you band!

Thank you. I'm very proud of them. Losing weight has made me a happier person and they are happier too.
