    Haven't posted in a long while....was having a rough time w/bad foods but seem to be back on track. Today: B - protein shake S - handful of cheese its L - cheese and crackers (not many) S - protein shake D - one oz cheese S - frozen yogurt the very low calorie kind holy crap - just realized i haven't had any veggies/fruit today - BAD! Exercise - one hour kickboxing class

    B - Protein Shake & Coffee S - Fiber One Bar L - Wendy's Chili - small S - 1/2 protein bar D - 5 onion rings & 4 bites cheeseburger (no bun) :thumbup: S - crackers and cheese - seriously no need for this snack... Exercise - walking

    I have no idea why I have been so bad lately...I'm not posting cause it has been bad. I got on the scale this morning and have gained 4.5 lbs. YIKES! I am going to lose those lbs. and then go for a fill. Today: B - Protein Shake S - Coffee and protein bar L - handful of grapes S - protein shake & slice of pepper jack cheese D - bowl of black bean soup (140 cal) Spin class - 500 calories and also took kids to amusement park and walked around for a couple hours.

    Today: B - coffee B2 - Protein shake: protein powder/1 tsp PB/quarter banana L - some blueberries and small handful goldfish S - costco sample: lentils, bite of sausage D - spinach salad: some almonds, cranberries, vinagrette, a couple of bites of rice and 1/2 string cheese S - 60 calorie pudding and 1/2 tsp PB 1 hour spin class

    Have been MIA - don't know what is going on w/me...have been in a funk. Eating bad food and not working out. Need to get back on it. I am committing right now to get back on track.

    B - coffee w/milk splenda S - fiber one bar L - crust of grilled cheese sandwich, some watermelon S - couple bites of mashed sweet potato D - one ravioli S - tiny piece of zucchini bread E - one hour of spin class and spent day at a amusement park walking.

    Today: B - coffee S - a few goldfish & ww pb bliss bar L - margarita and few chips w/salsa D - 1/2 ear of corn, couple bites of chicken S - couple bites of brownie I just realized I haven't had much to eat....no wonder I am hungry. Will probably have a snack - cheese and crackers or something. Exercise - walking - nothing too major.

    KC - WOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!! :smile: CONGRATS!!!! How exciting! It is amazing that you lost 100 lbs AND you did something amazing for your community! What a way to celebrate - I think I may do something like that as well! Today: B - Coffee S - Kashi Roll Bar L - Bowl of Broccoli Cheddar soup from Panera - which I never do but was craving it and decided it was worth the 350 calories S - WW PB Bliss Bar D - Piece of cheese and bite of pasta Dessert - way too many brownies...don't know why i made them....felt like baking and now I paid the price w/way too many calories :mad2: Exercise - one hour body sculpting w/trainer.

    Today: B - coffee B2 - couple bites of scrambled egg & sausage link S - about 6 cheez its L - WW PB Bliss Bar & Couple bites of taco D - couple bites of meat sauce S - yogurt & cheese and crackers No gym today...kids are still sick and dealing w/them...i really hate when they are sick...

Today: B - coffee S - goldfish crackers (got stuck & PB'd) L - WW PB Bliss Bar 70 calories S - 1/2 Fiber One Bar D - a bite of enchilada and Beans - got stuck S - 2 ounces of cheese and some crackers My band was acting up today - was really tight...am a bit stressed since my kids are both sick...hate it when they are sick. Exercise - NOTHING

    For some reason, the board was acting up last night and wouldn't allow me to view Food & Nutrition section. Yesterday: Coffee French Onion Soup WW PB Bliss Bar Chili w/a few bites of corn bread 70 calorie ride pudding No exercise Today: B - Coffee S - Crust of banana bread L - Crust of banana bread S - some M&M's and animal crackers D - 2 oz. salmon, a couple bites of mashed potatos, couple bites of spinach S - out of nowhere just started snacking on crap - graham crackers, PB, more banana bread...wouldn't you know it, got stuck and came back. Exercise - walked 2 miles at a fast pace w/heavy stroller I ate like crap today. I was overwhelmed and just ate stupid foods. Bad me.

    Had a tiny fill today since the 4.5 last week was no where near enough...they gave me 1...hopefully that will do the trick.     today: b - coffee w/splenda splash of milk, couple bites of toast s - fiber one bar l - cheese stick & fiber one crackers d - enchilada casserole (corn tortilla, beans, shredded beef, roasted corn, enchilada sauce and cheese) about a cup or a cup and a half s - decaf coffee i feel like i am forgetting something... no exercise today. i need to go have more of a fill...i KNEW 4.5 wasn't enough...one day the dr's is going to believe me!!!
