Hey guys I'm back with my day 2 post op. Right out of surgery I was out of it I slept the whole day but I did make sure I walked a little and sip on sum water. I haven't had my full liquids yesterday just water but I will start my full liquid diet today at 8 am. There was no pain It was all gas once you let the gas out your good to go. I did experience nausea twice due to the gas pain but nothing too serious. To everyone going for your surgery soon you'll be okay. My birthday is March 26th hopefully I get to have a little bit of fun [emoji4]. Thanks to everyone for the support.

My surgery is tomorrow and I can't wait to start losing weight. Where are all my March buddies that are scheduled this month let's support each other.

No they changed my surgery date back to the 22nd so I'm 2 weeks away

Hey guy my surgery is on the 22nd and I haven't started my liquid diet yet any words of encouragement. Do you think I can do a liquid diet morning and lunch then do a light dinner like tuna and salad or should I do a straight liquid diet. I hope I can stick to it

I think where you go is different. Once I went to my first appointment my doctor gave me my surgery date that same day. I had to see a nutritionist every month My primary doctor for clearance See a phycologist See a pulmonologist for breathing, and do Endoscopy with the surgeon. Now I'm cleared for all just waiting on the clearance for my primary.

My date was changed back to the 22nd super sad but it's okay still can't wait
