  1. I'm not making bad choices i feel like I should be drinking a protein shake for my fourth meal other than eating a low carb tuna wrap. I personally don't care for the protein shake that's my dilemma. I'd rather have food than a shake or yogurt.

  3. Hey y'all I haven't posted in a while but I need y'all. I feel like I'm over eating. I've been eating 4 small meals a day but I stay active. I walk at least 3 miles a day and I exercise twice a day morning and before bed and my weight seems to be going up but now it goes back down. I'm sticking to my diet but my calorie intake may not be good. I need advice please help.
  4. Yes I'm 3 weeks post op and finally broke my stall I lost 3lbs since my first week I was happy for all the support last week while I was super stressed out about being the same weight for the past week I appreciate everyone who comment[emoji3590]

  8. I noticed that I am too. I'll put my water bottle in the freezer and wait till it is almost frozen before taking it out

  10. I am 18 days post op and I'm already at a stall. My first week and a half I lost a total of 18lbs and now I'm still at the same weight. Any advice anyone can give me to break this stall.
  11. Congrats on your surgery, it will get better I promise today is my first day for pureed and I can't wait to make my food and I also about baby food as well. But you will make it through these 2 weeks

  14. Hey Netty thanks for thinking about me I'm doing well. I just got my staples taken out today, I am in no pain. I am doing good on my liquid diet even though my wife eats in front of me but she doesn't do it to be funny she actually needs to gain weight lol.but everything is fine. I appreciate you checking on me.
  15. I am on the medicine for stomach acid and liquid Tylenol. I may not be on track with the stomach acid medicine every 6 hours like I should. I need to work on staying on track.
  16. Hey guys I am 3 days post op I believe I have passed all the gas they put in my body but I am having hunger pains. I'm following my diet as the paper said by the hour but the hunger pain is still there. It seems to get worse when I take my liquid medicine.Any advice for me.

  19. Congrats the pain will pass just take your time. I'm still in a lil pain but it feels like hunger pain but it's all gas.
