I received a call from my surgeon's office stating my surgery was pushed back to my original date March 22nd. I was so prepared to have the surgery on the 1st. Now I have to prepare myself to go through pain for my birthday which is March 26th.

I went through the same thing but when I got home I was cold and sweaty. My chest was in so much pain I couldn't eat that whole day all I wanted to do was sleep.

Congrats mine 3/1 as well and the also told me I didn't need to do a liquid diet and now I have to do one

I tried premier protein shakes and the cake batter one is OMG amazing.

Hi I'm in my pre op stage I have two weeks to my surgery date and I decided to cut off all my hair so I won't go through the hair loss. I hope everything went well for you but you should try kaleidoscope miracle drop it works with hair loss.

You are beautiful inside and out. I know how it feels to be emotional abuse by someone you're with that **** hurt. It's not good mentally, all I can say if he is going to "support you" through this journey take it for now and once you are healed let it be about you and those babies cause he's not worth it.

Hi from the multiple videos I have watched the first thing you don't want to do is get on the scale after 2 weeks after surgery. Weigh yourself every month because there will be stalls in between. Don't regret the surgery it will work out for you. Try to watch more videos to get inspired.

My surgery is in 2 weeks I have done that. I binge eat all my favorite foods and before my liquid diet starts today I ate a big platter of rice and jerk chicken and I enjoyed every minute of it. I only need to get my mind serious about this liquid diet. It's hard

My doctor said I was at the perfect weight for surgery so I didn't need to do a liquid diet. Now I spoke to my nutritionist, she said I have to be on a liquid diet since I gained 2 pounds. But I still wanna eat wat I want but in smaller portions. Is there any advice someone can give me so I can stick to this liquid diet for 2 weeks before my surgery 3/1. PLEASE HELP ME [emoji24][emoji24]

I am super excited about this surgery. I am more excited that my date was changed from the 22nd to the first cause my birthday is on the 26th so I get to celebrate.

I have been doing the same thing. I have even watched the surgery performed on YouTube from beginning to end so I can be mentally ready as well. I'm in the Essex County area.
