Congratulations mine March 1 I definitely need more support from someone who is going through the same journey. When do you start your liquid diet.

I start my liquid diet on February 28th. I really scared about that. What are you using for your protein drinks?

My date is March 1, and I dont have to start liquid diet until afterwards. Just low carb/no sugar one week out, although I’ve already started as a way to get my head in the game and stay invested. Good luck to all!

I tried premier protein shakes and the cake batter one is OMG amazing.

Congrats mine 3/1 as well and the also told me I didn't need to do a liquid diet and now I have to do one

Cool. I started mine today. So far on my first day it's not bad. Only day 1 though lol. But the shakes are feeling along with the water. I'm having the sleeve with the duodenum switch

Nice! I started replacing 1 meal with the shakes. So far not too bad. Tomorrow I’ll be going full throttle. Nervous and excited. Do you have everything you need like vitamins, heating pad, portion sized bowls,? I’ve added a bunch of stuff to my Amazon cart, but I have one last meeting with my surgeon tomorrow before March 7th. I’m going to ask if all of the stuff I have is really necessary. Lol

Yes I did 2 huge amazon orders. Lol. I believe I have everything. I ordered this food kit just for bariatric surgery. I have a my vitamins, I even bought some under garmets for the surgery too. To lessen having loose skin plus skin tightening cream. What do you have so far? Plus I got the food measuring cups

I bought the tiny forks and spoons from Amazon - and have started using pre-surgery. I am also considering a hand blender

I got the required vitamins, a blood pressure machine just because I have high blood pressure, definitely full body shape wear, bowls measured in ounces, a heated blanket, biotin and collagen for hair loss, and a few other things. I’ll start to rack up on sugar free products between this weekend and next. All in all I think we’re ready. I know my husband and children are tired of hearing it, definitely feels good to have someone to chat with about all of this. I also signed up for a gym membership and ordered hand weights.
