Bloating & Gas Pains

Hi! Has anyone experienced bloating or gas pains after eating specific things? I’ve experienced this twice now & I’m not sure if it’s normal or something that I’m eating that I’m just not realizing is setting me off

    I have really noisy burping if I have eaten to quickly or eaten carbs [ potatoes mostly] I suck a tablet called Wind Relief in the UK. I hate this uncomfortable feeling
